Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Missing breakfast will not only cause stress levels to rise, but will cause stomach acids to burn through the stomach and esophagus in feed and cause, fear of terror, bad breath.

The night before, cut up some cooked chicken into cubes and set aside. Chop some onion and garlic too. That's all. Next morning mix the three ingredients and saute in light butter until the onion and garlic are done. Add a pinch of salt if you like, but grate cheese over the mixture to make it salty enough. Then add a tablespoon of flour to the mixture and mix well. Add a dash of pepper and some Worcestershire sauce, mix again. Pour into a jar or pack of cream or light cream if desired. When the mixture gets thicker, set it aside to cool. Take some bread and lightly toast them. When done, simply place the mixture on the bread. This is a hearty and healthy breakfast that will surely contend with you for lunch, but if you eat too much, it will stay until the road after lunch.

How about some eggs? Simply beat three or four eggs with a little salt and pepper and grate cheese, the amount is up to you. Then get some of that ham from the other day, some green peppers, a tomato, onion and garlic. Cut into pieces and set aside. Heat a little vegetable oil or butter in a small saucepan, depending on what you want, and when the egg is warm enough where the sides start to boil, pour the egg mixture. Let cook for about a minute, then carefully arrange the remaining ingredients in the middle of boiling eggs. When the sides of the eggs could be easily lifted, gently flip one side over the ham mixture and then fold over the other side to create an omelette. Muy bien! Spanish omelette in less than 8 minutes!

There are so many ideas for breakfast that are hardly used in homes at the moment because of the usually excuse for not having time. There is actually a lot of time for you to do something because all it takes is a little planning and reading the old recipe book that your mom and grandma owned.
