Healthy Beef Skillet

- 1 tsp or paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp or oregano
- 1 lb top of round beef
- 1/2 tsp of chili powder
- 1/8 tsp or red pepper
- 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp or black pepper
- 1/8 tsp or dry mustard
- 3 onion slices
- 8 red skinned medium potato
- 2 cups of beef broth
- 2 carrots chopped in thin strips
- 2 big garlic


Slice beef across grain into long and thin strips. Add oregano, chili powder, garlic powder, bell pepper, red pepper, dry mustard and black pepper. Coat it with spice mixture. Spray non-stick skillet. Preheat pan placing it on high flame before adding meat. Cook while stirring approx for 5 minutes. Adding onion, potatoes, garlic and broth. Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Add carrots and green mustard and cook for another 5 minutes. It is ready to be served.
