Our vegetarian vegetable casserole brings variety into the everyday kitchen. Depending on the season or stock, you can always modify the recipe. Good Appetite!
We love all our salads in the summer. You simply do not feel like having hot food when you are already cooking because of the heat. In most cases we throw things like tomatoes and cucumbers. But did you ever try to add fruit to your salad? You should, it's really amazing!
Fruits are as healthy as vegetables, and their great advantage is that they often require much less preparation. If you buy organic fruit, many do not need to peel. In fact, using them with the skin is even healthier. Berries and grapes need only be washed. This means you can have your salad ready even faster.
A salad with fruit is not only packed with vitamins, minerals and fiber, but also very juicy and refreshing and at the same time light. Try this:

This exotic salad contains three large food groups that are very important to our daily diet. First of all, of course, salad and fruit that gives you many vitamins and fiber and also fast energy in the form of simple carbohydrates. Yes, they contain sugar, but don't worry too much. Fruit sugar has much less negative effect than table sugar, and because it is packed in the fruit, you become full before eating too much.
Cheese and yogurt contain important nutrients such as proteins and calcium. Using low-fat versions guarantees that you can benefit from them without consuming too many fat calories.
And last but not least, whole foods that you serve with your salad. This fiber and complex carbohydrates will do a good job of filling your stomach fast and giving you lasting energy. In addition, they will not be stored as fat, which is the excess of simple carbohydrates. So even if you are on a diet you can still have this salad.
