Exotic fruit salad with cheese and mango yogurt dressing

ingredients

  • 1 medium salad, grated into pieces
  • 1 medium pineapple, cut into pieces
  • 1 mango, sliced
  • 150 g of red grapes without seeds, cut in half
  • 150 g of strawberries, quartered
  • 200 g low fat cheese, cut into 1 cm cubes

For the dressing

  • 200 g low-fat yogurt (plain)
  • 50 ml of mango juice
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice

Step

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the salad in a large bowl.
  2. Mix all ingredients well into the dressing. Then add the dressing to the salad and mix it gently.
  3. Serve with whole grain muffins or bagels.

This exotic salad contains three large food groups that are very important to our daily diet. First of all, of course, salad and fruit that gives you many vitamins and fiber and also fast energy in the form of simple carbohydrates. Yes, they contain sugar, but don't worry too much.
